New Orleans Style Shaved Ice (Snoball)
A Snoball is a New Orleans confection made with finely shaved ice and flavored cane sugar syrup. Here at Zydeco Ice, we only use flavors developed by SnoWizard, a company based out of New Orleans. We use solid block ice that is finely shaved using only the SnoWizard SnoBall Machine, invented in 1936.

Whether it’s a small gathering or a larger event, we have options. Purchase one of our party packs that comes with everything you need to easily serve our snoballs to your guests or reserve our snoball trailer and we will come and serve them for you.
Local Community (Community Events)
Not only have we partnered with Southwestern University, GSA and GYBA, we have also participated in local school events, churches, businesses, and nursing homes. We even have a couple of weddings in our repertoire.
